The privilege point system offers flexibility, allowing members to redeem points for perks of their choice. Most privileges require only 1-3 points, and points reset annually, ensuring unused benefits can be redeemed in subsequent years.

The number of points required varies by benefit:

  1. 1 point: Covers airport transfers, spa packages, fitness access, dining, and liaison services.
  2. 2 points: Includes luxury airport transfers, health and dental checkups, golf rounds, and event tickets.
  3. 3 points: Used for domestic flights, long-haul transfers, private tours, wellness packages, and concert tickets.

Yes, but you must apply for a stay extension at your nearest immigration office before the one-year period on your entry stamp expires. If you don’t extend your stay, it may result in overstay penalties or visa cancellation. Member Services can assist with the process.

Yes, Thailand Elite members can open Thai baht savings and multi-currency accounts, subject to the bank’s requirements. Partnerships with Bangkok Bank and Kasikorn Bank streamline the process, but accounts can be opened at any bank with an Elite visa and necessary documents (e.g., utility bills). Online banking services are also available.

Members can request EPA services for arrival, departure, or connecting flights by contacting the Customer Contact Center or via email with flight details (date, time, flight number) at least 5 hours in advance. EPA staff, identified by golden uniforms (except in Chiangmai), assist with fast-track immigration, luggage claim, and more at Suvarnabhumi, Phuket, and Chiang Mai International Airports between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

Elite Personal Liaison (EPL) is a Thailand Elite service assisting with government processes in Bangkok, such as visa extensions, visa transfers, driver’s license applications, and bank account openings. To use the service, members must book at least 5-7 working days in advance via phone or email. The first service is complimentary, while subsequent uses cost 2,000 THB (up to 3 hours), excluding transportation. Proper preparation can reduce processing time to about 1.5 hours.

The 90-day report is a mandatory process for foreigners staying in Thailand for more than 90 days, requiring them to notify immigration of their address every three months. Thailand Elite members can submit the report by dropping off their passport and a completed TM47 form at designated offices, including the head office in Bangkok or representative offices in Pattaya, Phuket, or Chiang Mai. Passports are submitted on Tuesday, processed on Wednesday, and can be collected any weekday. Reports must be submitted 15 days before or 7 days after the expiration date.
